Kristoffer Kizer is an Accredited Small Business Consultant (ASBC) and M&A Advisor focused on helping business owners successfully sell their companies for maximum value. As a member of the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants (AASBC) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), he advises owners on valuation optimization, buyer positioning, and exit readiness, guiding them through a structured, end-to-end sale process designed to generate multiple qualified offers while minimizing deal risk. He positions every business through the lens of how serious buyers evaluate, price, and acquire companies. Kristoffer understands that selling a business is often a once-in-a-lifetime event and approaches every engagement with discretion, discipline, and a commitment to protecting both financial outcomes and legacy.
Before advising business owners, Kristoffer worked with globally recognized companies including McDonald's (~$210B), The Coca-Cola Company (~$260B), The Walt Disney Company (~$190B), 3M (~$55B), Whirlpool Corporation (~$7B), and Brown-Forman (~$35B), as well as Porsche Cars North America (part of Porsche AG, ~$95B). Collectively, these organizations represent approximately $850B+ in combined market value. Advising at this level trained him to think like institutional buyers—understanding how sophisticated acquirers assess risk, identify growth opportunities, and justify premium valuations, and applying that same lens to every client engagement.
Additionally, Kristoffer has coached 100+ local small business owners through his leadership with the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), earning three Volunteer of the Year awards and induction into the organization’s Hall of Fame. Known for his strategic clarity, responsiveness, and high-touch advisory approach, he partners closely with owners from initial valuation through closing, ensuring they are informed, prepared, and positioned to achieve a premium outcome. His mission is simple: help business owners exit on their terms, maximize what they’ve built, and preserve the legacy they’ve worked a lifetime to create.
