Background/Experience: Julie spent 17 years working for the Missouri Probation and Parole Department giving her experience at solving extremely difficult people problems and 14 years of experience managing parole officers. She also has experience in project development and management, negotiations, as well as sales and marketing. Previously, Julie was also the owner of a small business in the retail industry.
Julie graduated with honors from University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. She has four school age children and participates in school activities and serves on the local girls softball league as the Ethics Commissioner. Background/Experience: Ron comes to Business Team with a 25 years experience and a vast knowledge of industrial manufacturing and techniques. He has a degree in machine tool technology and has worked in all phases of manufacturing-from shop level machining to new product development and design work. Ron worked 13 years with the Boeing Company, the largest manufacturer of aircraft in the world, and 9 years with True Fitness Technologies, one of the most respected fitness companies in the United States. He is married with 4 school-aged girls and he tries to play a very active role in their lives. He coaches all his children in softball and serves on the Board for the league. Ron spends his free time with his family, usually trying to get them back into nature, hiking, fishing, and camping. With years of experience as a middle man between production and engineering, Ron now looks forward to being the middle man between a great seller and a great buyer and trying to get both what they are really looking for. |
